Uttoxeter Quilt Class

Lizzy added the two borders to her quilt top. this quilt is a double size so it's a long way to get round the edges. I have to say that this is a great example of 'less is more' there are only two colours in the whole thing.. that would be red and creamy beige... absolutely stunning. A beautiful backing is needed now...

These are Jenni's blocks. Each one is having a border added so that we can bring them all to the same size without losing the pointy points from the triangles... a little bit of quilty fudge never hurt anyone did it!


Gillian continued working on her hour glass blocks. She doesn't usually enjoy chain piecing but, after trying it in our meeting today, she admitted that she now had 'the hag of it' ... that's one of those funny expressions we use eh...
These are the only photos I got, it was a very chatty day, he he he.

We meet again on Tuesday 15th March, 10am - 3pm at the Bank House Hotel in Uttoxeter. For this class though, you will need to book as places are limited.
