Stitching News

Princess Jackie finished this lovely little quilt top. A very simple design and I'm sure we will see more of these quilts being made. The appliqué pictures could be changed to suit as needed... but those hefilumps are cute-e-tty cute too.
Jean Bean is enjoying her new project... she's made two large and very pink quilts recently so she's happy to go multi-bright-colours and the added treat is that she chose Batik Beauties to work with!
New Sue spent her day quilting another lovely kiddie play mat... like a quilt but you know that don't you... her mind is focused on her next quilt which will probably be from her new book by Kaffe, from Santa!
Rose finds herself in need of baby play mats too, several in fact.
It's wonderful news when a new baby baking is announced but this kind of news seems to come in groups of three or more eh!
This quilt one is probably for a baby girl?
See, Fran Cup Cake, also making a baby play mat. These pre-cut square kits are just the ticket for little quilts, each one looks so different depending on the chosen borders... the quilt can be made lickety-split and it won't matter at all what colour baby arrives... it's great for both boys and girls!
Krafty Karen continued to work on her Jelly Roll blocks... there's plenty of time to get them all done as the quilt will be gifted only in June.
Lovely Lyn continued to make her Hunter's Star blocks.
A busy table covered in strips and bits with triangles at the ready...
and then the next time we looked...
Taadaa...
