Birte's Sewing Party

Oh we had so much fun at Birte's sewing party. Lots of laughter, a few tears, lots of sewing, cutting and another fabulous feast for lunch.

Garen was using her Bernina BSR to free motion quilt, Jenny Bowker style of course!

Bette & Cathy (Cathy & Bette) were quilting their Paper Pieced Christmas Tree quilts using their brand new sewing machines.

Anneliese was making Christmas tree ornaments....

Everyone busy doing their thing...

Helen made this needle case strawberry to put into our raffle, everyone won a prize!

Regina is preparing the background pieces for her Christmas tree

More busy ladies ....

Ursula was working on her own design Christmas wreath....

Anneliese with the first tree completed....

Birte with her first bauble finished....

Some of the ladies and the party balloons .... have to have balloons at a party!!!

Busy, busy, busy...if only we could see all the noise on the photo.. he he he

Sue slicing fabric for her projects.....

Helen making an applique snowman .....

Birte and Ursula, multi-tasking... as we quilters so often do!!!

It was a great day and Birte has promised to come again to sew with us... maybe for a week next time... especially if Ronny could come too!
