Quilt Class

What a lovely group of ladies at Quilt Class yesterday. There was a lot of laughter and great progress was made...
From the back to the front here is Ann, Anita, Amalia & Clementina, all working on different projects while enjoying new found friendship.
Clementine put the borders on her log cabin blocks.....
Rosario cut out all the pieces for a Christmas Table Runner. The blocks are taken from the Marsha McCloskey book 'Block Party'. The idea is to make the quilt and give it as a gift for Christmas.. these are the blocks, obviously, not sewn yet...
This one is called 'Air Castle'
This one's called Judy's Star....
and the very much loved 'Ohio Star'. I wonder whether Rosario will be able to give this project away? She was so delighted with the results.... I bet she makes another for herself!!!
Ann was sorting out her new Bernina accessory box, we call it a Barbie wardrobe in the IWP group... it is just like one! he he he
Anita cut the pieces for this flower basket block, also from the Block Party book...
This is Ann's Sexy Table Runner. Of course it is the back... Ana took great care to get everything perfect with this project .... as you can see.
Amalia finished one quarter of her lap quilt. She will make 3 more of these big Rail Fence blocks and then stitch them together... it will look lovely on her sofa.

Paula & Clementine with one of her finished pillows, she made 4 in total and will be sending them to Germany very soon. Now she will start a new project, decisions, decisions!!
