Yesterday I went to visit Joan The Shop in hospital, you'll be pleased to know that she has been promoted to the "probably going home soon, maybe next week" ward, she was in the high dependency ward before. We spent a couple of hours chatting, giggling, catching up, cutting, pinning, stitching, deciding and 'rooting' through Joan's box of fabrics' ... all good for the inner spirit. Joan's hexagon quilt is making good progress, if the nurses and doctors would stop interrupting her, she would have finished it by now, he he he.

Glad to hear that she will hopefully be out soon. Maybe then she can get on with the hexagons without interruption.
