Stitching News

Michelle came to make a beginner project, the trusty Railfence table runner.
She had booked for the morning class but stayed all day... that happens a lot!
Didn't she choose beautiful fabrics!
Chatty Cathy came to play too. We didn't meet at the Quilt Cave this week so Cathy had booked in to my very own classroom... an essential weekly fix! She's almost finished her Pineapple Blossom blocks so there'll be sashing added soon.
Brenda Barbara was plying with one of my most delicious Art Gallery fabrics.
Fussy cutting her diamond shapes for a new project proved a little tricky as the match was so good... it was hard to know exactly where to cut... skilfully though, she managed it.
If it is possible to have to much fun with scraps, Sheila has achieved it... She's really enjoying playing with her Crumb and Mile-a-Minute blocks... these fabrics were really neat and tidy when Sheila arrived! It's great to see the ladies that came to the recent workshop have continued making these fun blocks.
