Quilt Class 15th October

Quilt classes this week were productive....

Clementina had to practice unstitching/seam ripping/unsewing... whatever you prefere to call it.. it is not fun!
Unfortunatley she had sewn the sashing strips to all sides of the blocks, the unpicking had to be done to put the cornerstone squares in place.

Amalia finally got the Quick Table Runner prepared as a sandwich and got cracking on the quilting.

Ana has her half square triangles all finished. After playing with the design options she chose this zig-zag pattern. Lots more to join together yet though.
Rosario's blocks all finished with the side and corner triangles in place... she is already planning a new project to start next week.
Sofia's twin quilts are almost done now so she had a quick refresher lesson on paper piecing. She will make the Christmas Tree.
This is Anita. After a demonstration on "Y" seams she now plans to make a few more challanging blocks from her Marsha book.

The Blue Lady popped in to visit us. She was looking for a new project to start with us, next week.
