Stitching News

Brenda Barbara treated herself to a few stitching hours at home this week and was able to complete her lap quilt top... She's been playing with her left over fabrics too so this beauty might have a little sister!
Brendas quilt top got sandwiched and quilting commenced.
Peggy, very proudly, held up her Railfence quilt. Beautiful summery yellows... toot toot toot Peggy, we give you a special fanfare for your finished quilt and to celebrate your new sewing machine!!
Julie continued working on her winter blocks... they're fabulous and fun... all three of her kiddos will have a very special quilt. Julie is more than half way through making the blocks now... three of each, three at a time.
Michelle My Belle carefully planned the fabric placement for her new project. See the diagram all coloured in? She's very organised with the little labels too... no wonder her quilts always turn out just as she plans them!
Di Butterfly spent her time quilting this lovely Advent quilt made from a Makower panel. She's using a lovely gold thread... not real gold... just gold colour! I know that you knew that... it made me laugh though...
