We could hardly lift Edna's latest Fabulous and Finished quilt... not just for it's size either... it weighs plenty...

It's not quite 120" square...

 I know that because that's the measurement of my widest wadding, the one Edna used. It's Hobbs Heirloom 80% Cotton with 20% Polyester... £12.00 per metre from a giant roll, just in case you were wondering, ha! Edna quilted this on a domestic sewing machine too... see, we can do it!

Quilting with a diagonal design makes it easier to fit a quilt through your machine hole.. just saying.
