Stitching News

Joan The Shop is superbly happy with her new and very own Juki HZL 600f.
Over the moon in fact... she's quilting her beautiful poppy quilt ready for display at the Uttoxeter Quilt Show... I've been talking folk into entering their projects!
It's almost time for Dotty's second workshop ( The Lone Star) in my very own classroom so she's already working on the third project. A Carpenter's Star... this lovely example is quite large so Dotty's going to make a smaller version.
Sporty Sue wanted to tax her brain a little so she decided to make up a few sampler blocks. They take a little longer to make as each one is a lesson by it's very own self... she enjoyed the challenge and completed two blocks from the Jelly Roll Sampler book.
Oh My Word, I am soooooooooooo impressed!!!
This piece of quilted art belongs to Christabelle...
All I will say is "WOW" and "No wonder she decided not to gift it after all"
We'll see more of this fabulous project very soon.
