Also finished, and quite fabulous, is this lovely bag made by Kate's Lynda. The floral fabric was a snip at £5.00 per metre from my recent fabric sale. Lynda continues to make more bags and lots of her Christmas gifting list will be fulfilled with them... this smart lady is getting ahead! The quilt in the background there is one made by My Mum Gwynneth using the very lovely Littlest from Art Gallery fabrics and is for sale. We don't sell too many quilts as I get very attached to them, Ha! |
Joan The Shop finished all of her Snowman Collector blocks and we were able to start joining them together, Isn't it FABULOUS!!! Joan decided to use Moda Bella Solids for all those little joining squares and they proved to be a perfect choice... such a happy and fun project. The patterns for each block are available in My very own quilt shop or from here |
Michelle of Milly Moo Designs came to play. She has been commissioned to make a beautiful 28 inch cushion, huuuuge! ... I wonder whether it will need a zip? I have cushion zips available in my little quilt shop... 20 inches long... they are expensive though at £0.25 each... yes 25 pence each! wow... |
Brenda Barbara finished her lovely blocks (link to free pattern here) and stitched them together for her bed runner/bed scarf. Its lovely, fresh and bright. Brenda had added her first border by the end of the day too, so she was extremely productive, she didn't have to do Sheila's work like last week! teehee |
