Stitching News

We have almost sold out of the Skeleton panels now. PM Pam already started turning hers into a fabulous quilt with Split 4-Patch blocks for the borders. We're making the plan up as she goes along... which is proving to be a lot of fun.
Lady Judith made two Dresden Plate cushions from her Charm Pack, Little Black Dress 2 from Moda. They will co-ordinate brilliantly with the large Jelly Roll quilt she's making... the borders are planned and half way done... looking great!
Sheila popped into my very own shop for a little advice from an expert. As there wasn't one available, I stuck in my 'two-pennorth' worth. My goodness Sheila makes great banners... the detail is fabulous! We decided Sheila needed to add Faux Piped Binding, who knows what an expert would have decided to do eh!
Just Edna came to play again. She's made lots of her Jelly Roll, Log Cabin blocks and was able to get all the cutting done for the remaining ones.
This is Edna's new Pin Cushion.. Cute or what??
It was a pattern in a recent Sewing World magazine
Jean Bean stuffed and finished her lovely Boot-iful Bear... Toot toot toot. He was started at the workshop on Saturday. What a fun day the ladies had with New Sue. There's another Boot-iful Bear workshop in October.
